Annual MBBS Curriculum Review Forum (2009)

All staff are invited to attend and participate in the Annual MBBS Curriculum Review Forum. This year's forum will be held over two days 30 November - 1 December, 2009 in Hobart. This year's guests are Professor Alan Carmichael, Past President MDANZ and Dean, Faculty of Health Science, UTas and Professor Nicky Hudson, Professor of Community Based Health Education, Graduate School of Medicine, Wollongong. Seminars & Clinics

The MEU holds regular seminars and discussion/reading groups in Medical Sciences 1. On occasions we join with the seminar and reading groups within the School of Nursing. Staff are able to attend the PHCRED seminar series

 

Graduate Certificate in University Learning & Teaching for Health Professionals (GCULTHP)

The GCULTHP is offered by the School of Medicine and Education to advance scholarly approaches to teaching and learning across the School and its range of teaching sites. More details about the course in general can be found here. In 2009, there will be at least two cohorts of course participants across the state - in the Northwest (Rural Clinical School), in Hobart (Oral health group).
